Chris, with his boundless energy and visionary mindset, has steered BlueFin Solves to become a go-to partner for start-ups looking to nail their “Go To Market” strategies. Chris is currently the President & CEO of BlueFinSIoves.
With over 25 years in the trenches of executive-level sales, Chris knows the ins and outs of complex hardware and software automation markets like the back of his hand. He’s a master at crafting killer customer acquisition strategies, driving solution selling, and boosting recurring revenue.
Chris isn’t your average executive; he's an innovative thinker who dives deep into multiple verticals and global markets, whether it's high-growth startups or established organizations. He’s got a knack for smashing targets in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and turning around underperforming teams with lightning-fast improvements.

Mounir Gad
Mounir Gad joins Bluefin as Head of Sales. Before joining Bluefin, Mounir spent 12 years at Silicon Valley Bank in a variety of roles including leadership positions focused on technology, venture capital, and private equity in addition to roles at Crestline Investors, Inc., an institutional alternative investment management firm, Avidbank, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
An active member of his community, Mounir was previously Director of Adonal Foyle’s Kerosene Lamp Foundation and currently volunteers with Best Buddies International. He is a member of the Silicon Valley Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. Mounir holds a BS in Business Administration degree with Honors in Finance and Economics from St. Mary's College, where he played basketball and was a Member and organizer of Saint Mary's Business Club.
